The Crystal of Lumeria

I must have been thrown from the vehicle somehow, I thought. Slowly, I began to try and move my limbs which, much to my surprise, were all extremely sore but did not seem to be broken. I decided to risk easing myself into a sitting position so I could have a better look around as to where I was. My first thought was that I should immediately call for help but my cell was in my purse which was inside the car. When I finally got my eyes to focus I realized that the car was nowhere to be found and that I was in some sort of strange wooded area. Knowing full well it had been dark when I left Selena’s house, I found myself squinting as bright sunlight streamed down through the trees.
