His poems have won various Awards in USA and Pakistan. His book Rubai’yat of Josh Malihabadi – A Drop and the Ocean won Tauqeer-e-Ahle Qalam Trophy from the Pakistan Academy of Letters and Khana-e-Farhang Iran. He was formerly the Managing Director and CEO of Commercial Trust Bank.
