Today's Joys: Choosing Joy Every Day

Delight vs. misery, felicity vs. grief, pleasure vs. sorrow … who wouldn’t choose joy? Yet, so many of us seem to spend so much of our lives mired in the depths of sorrow, lamenting those things that we think we are missing. There is a place for sorrow and grief. Some circumstances certainly warrant misery, or at the least unhappiness. But, it is an awful existence to dwell in these places. This is a collection of joy moments and stories that I hope will help others to learn how to find joy in every day, no matter your circumstances.
