Developing the origin, history, extent, names of officers, etc., of the Secret Orders of Knights of the Golden Circle, the Circle of Honor, the Order of American Knights, and the Order of the Sons of Liberty - their organizations, rituals, passwords, grips, oaths, obligations and penalties and real purposes. With accurate illustrations of the greek fire shells, hand grenades, rockets and infernal machines of the conspirators, introduced in evidence in the trials. To which is added the full report of Judge Advocate General Holt on the Order of American Knights, alias Sons of Liberty; a western conspiracy in aid of the Southern Rebellion.
