Training Circular TC 3-55.1 is a tool that commanders can use during training strategy development. The products in this training circular are developed to support the brigade’s full spectrum operations mission-essential task list training strategy. This training circular provides guidance for commanders, staff, leaders, and Soldiers who plan, prepare, execute, and assess training of the reconnaissance and surveillance brigade. The primary target audience for this training circular is reconnaissance and surveillance brigade commander, staff, and other leaders. The secondary audience is training developers who develop training support materials for professional military education. This publication applies to Active Army, the Army National Guard (ARNG)/Army National Guard of the United States (ARNGUS), and the United States Army Reserve (USAR) unless otherwise stated
