Description ▲
This collection of Poems written by young Chaithanya Natesan, started flowing through his keyboard at age 14, when Chaithanya was in Grade 8. He is son of Kamalini & Raja Natesan, born in London in August 1997, but moved to India soon thereafter. He has led a very rich and nigh Bohemian existence given to moving regions every two years, sometimes even one. He spent his early years in New Delhi, and then stayed in England for two years. He has lived in London, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Delhi, and has changed schools 8 times in his short life of 15 years. He has traveled to some European countries and within India, has been to all four southern states, and to Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Himachal, Uttarakhand and Rajasthan. He thrives when traveling with his family, and portrays a great sense of humour. Chaithanya is an unusual and talented young boy who absolutely loves music and the movies. He has distinct taste in his choice of both movies and music, and plays the classical guitar. Has a gift for singing, but given his age, he does not particularly like to sing to an audience. His voice is changing, and so is he. Chaithanya also plays tennis as a hobby and his favourite subject at school is English. He has many friends and professes to play the role of a confidant to many of them. He has an elder sister who continually inspires him. Ambika, equally, is also musically-inclined. She now lives in Mumbai and is studying Life Sciences in St. Xavier’s College. He loves her the best. Chaithanya’s mother teaches French at the British School, New Delhi and his father heads the operation of a leisure travel conglomerate . Chaithanya loves to brood over life’s vagaries, and his penchant for philosophy has led him to pen many a poem, and some narratives that he would love to share with the world at a later date. For the moment, his innerscape is bound within these poems, for all to share and perhaps, understand. Kamalini Natesan, Mother above all, of Chaithanya Natesan, a boy with a mind all his own
