Hate Behind Blue Eyes

For someone who grew up listening to the Grateful Dead, a world of hate and violence seemed surreal. That is, until I woke up living this real life nightmare, subjected to the will of the Aryan Brotherhood, consumed in that very "world of hate and violence". Prison. From out of the ashes of this torched terrain I would rise to become a "true believer". It would take me the better part of a decade to wake up from this nightmare, this world of hate, and during that time I would make headlines around the world only to realize it had all been for nothing, for a lie, White Supremacy. This is my story and I was wrong. I hope after you read my story, you too, will find it in your heart to stop the hate and maybe.... even forgive me.
