When Eva Wellington's estranged mid-wife, Melissa, shows up ten years after the birth of her daughter it throws their family into a loop. She brings with her, DNA proof that her own ten year old daughter belongs to Eva's husband, Scott. Later, Melissa gets caught and sent to jail for swapping identity tags in the maternity ward. The evidence found in her apartment raises more and more questions about her and her daughter.
