Sanchin Tensho Kata Diaries

This book covers the Sanchin, Tensho and Sanchin Tensho katas of Goju karate. Over the years I have recorded detailed notes on these katas in order to best retain material learnt in class. This book aims to explain and illustrate these classic foundation katas.
