Description ▲
This “Classroom Kit in a book†of "The Five Finger Paragraph©" method is for Kindergarten through Fourth Grade students.  The Kit in a book contains: Teacher Edition, 2 formats of the Student Edition, 6 Charts that facilitate learning, printable Transparencies of those Charts, Quick Guide Cards and Bookmarkers. Paperback. Instructions include complete paragraph construction to be used in subsequent essay construction and writing. One method of formatting an essay is included, but accommodations are made for several learning styles. Excellent when used as subsequent or remedial instruction material for students who function at grade level or below.  Quite effective in helping students prepare for the SAT/ACT exams in later years.  Illustrations on every page.  Student Edition in the Kit includes free online access to a print format for more economical printing, dual-sided.  Paperback. The color-coded methods used to teach paragraph and essay writing are very kinesthetic in nature, augmented by vividly colorful illustrations that have helped thousands of students, around the world, compile a well-formatted five paragraph essay, which is the standard required in Middle School and High School, as well as later for all SAT/ACT exams and high school exit exams.  This book is priced much lower than full-printed kits in the past to allow the purchaser to print copies of the Student Editions from this book. It is recommended that (1)the Charts, Quick Guide Cards and Bookmarkers be printed and laminated for continual re-use in the classroom (charts may be written on with dry erase or Vis-a-Vis markers); (2)the Transparencies be printed onto transparency film for use on overhead projectors (use the same dry erase or Vis-a-Vis markers); and (3)that up to 14 copies of the Student Edition be printed for use in the classroom (license allows printing of up to 14 copies of either or versions of the Student Edition).
