Journal To Empowerment

In 2010, I created and taught an online Artist Empowerment Class. Each class was 6 weeks long, with lessons and homework each week, and 3 pages of stream of conscious journaling each day. This book is based on that class, with the sections being topics we covered. I have dropped the emphasis on artists. Each and every one of us is on a journey, and it is either moving towards empowerment or towards giving our power away. My wish is to help you move strongly towards empowerment.
