Influenced by the raw and graphic writing of Charles Bukowski, Hunter S. Thompson, and Henry Miller, Roberto Roja's debut novel chronicles the experiences of a young writer, Robert Ashby, who is living in Florence, Italy, and who finds himself entangled in a world of love, madness, and infidelity.
