Anything, Anywhere, Anytime, Second Edition, is a revision of the 2011 publication. Included are additional information on the Bamboo Fleet, a rag-tag group of airmen who flew supplies to Bataan in single-engine airplanes in the last weeks of the battle for the Philippines. Other chapters have been rewritten for clarity and to provide additional information for the reader's edification.
