This regulation prescribes responsibilities, policies, and procedures for the direction, management, and control of the Army Military Working Dog (MWD) Program. This regulation is to be used with Air Force Instruction (AFI) 31 121/Naval Operational Instruction (OPNAVINST) 5585.2C/Marine Corps Order (MCO) 10570.1B, Department of the Army Pamphlet (DA Pam) 190 12, and Army Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (ATTP) 3 39.34.
