New York City has long been the stage for the fast life, money and crime. While fortunes are made and lost on Wall Street still lurking in its dark underbelly is the mafia, stakeholders of the organized crime syndicates. A city that’s full of heartless murderers, kingpin drug dealers and the kind of people who’ll do anything for just a few dollars. Enter David and Joshua, life-long friends but an unlikely pair. One, a smooth and charismatic magician and the other a freelance tax accountant with severe anxiety. Together they operate an underground prank business for profit. Typical customers are oppressed and frustrated employees who target management and supervisors. While setting up what should be a quick and easy prank in a warehouse they witness members of the city’s most notorious mob, the Carrelli gang, smuggling drugs. When guns and danger meet magic and pranks a ridiculous battle ensues that’s both side-splitting funny and violently surprising.
