Hawaiian Kingdom Law: Ua mau ke ea o ka aina i ka pono (Volume 1)

This booklet and its contents are a revolutionary effort to both understand the law and let others know about it. This is for the sake of freedom on an individual level and for the formal repatriation and restoration of the Hawaiian Nation, which is part of the Kingdom of Atooi (Ato'oi or Atu-ahi). There are a few simple laws that have set the stage for successfully waging and achieving a peaceful revolution. All three of the following entities have published laws and resolutions calling for and providing for the formal repatriation of the Kingdom of Hawaii, that Hawaii is a nation in continuity. This is so exciting and such an important step in both human evolution and justice for indigenous and human rights the world over. Hawai'i was the first of many nations taken-over or colonized by industrialists, bankers, war-mongerers, elitists and those who want to see the world burn. Each and every citizen is free until and so they swear allegiance to another nation or cause. International Law, Hawaiian Kingdom Law, US Congressional Law, and de facto State of Hawaii all honor Kanaka Maoli as being the legitamate governing entity of Hawai'i. The more the rest of us learn and apply this, the more we can watch unprecedented peaceful revolution unfold before our eyes as the lies and deceit wash away, justice is done, the land is returned and the people of Hawaii are no longer subject to the tyrrany and exploitation of foreign rule. I call upon the honor and virture of the American People and the legitamate part of the United States Government, Her President, Senate, House, Legistlature, People and civil servants to RISE UP!!! Do what is pono for the world and for the country. Serve Hawaii for all that she has given the US and the world. Give her back to those who love her most, the Kanaka Maoli, whom welcomed all foreigners, then and now. The Law of the Spirit of Aloha is the first law in this booklet. It is part of the de facto State of Hawaii Constitution. Then there is US Public Law 103-150 passed by Congress in 1993. de facto State of Hawaii's legislature each passed resolutions calling for reconciliation between the US and the Kingdom of Hawaii. This includes formal repatriation and no more police harassment or prosecution of Hawaiian Nationals: those born here, those with Kanaka Maoli blood, and those who go through a formal process to become a Hawaiian Kingdom citizen.
