Augustus to the Rescue!: Black and White Interior Pictures

Ten year old Tyler Radcliff, is miserable because a fifth grade basketball bowl is scheduled for the coming May, a game he has never wanted to play, let alone master! Since Tyler glows in other sports, his lack of skill in basketball angers his classmates. They don't see why he doesn't shine in this game, as well. Instead, he's one of the worst in his class! Whenever he fails, which is usually every day, most of his classmates torture him with jeers and sneers. One evening, when Ty is grieving over that day's 'mess-up' in gym, Augustus, a humanized computer from outer space comes to his rescue. Although Ty loves this tough coach for driving him up the ladder of success in basketball, he resents the fact that he must give up all his spare time to become a star in other things, as well. Just as this partnership begins to fall apart, the boy and his coach find out that Ty's stardom in basketball comes with a heavy price.
