Redeeming the Time: Time Management Ideas and Tools for Busy Pastors

One of the key difficulties that Pastors face is time-management. The “tyranny of the urgent” clouds their judgment and eats away their time, leaving little time and energy to focus on the important (which is not always “urgent”). The application of the principles in this book will help the Pastor reclaim his time and better lead his church and family. I believe that poor time-management (I prefer to call it life-management) is a key obstacle to success and happiness in the ministry. In this book I tackle four major points: 1) reasons many pastors are poor time-managers; 2) some time wasters, that if identified and overcome can contribute to success; 3) a few tips for saving time; and 4) some time-management tools. The ultimate outcome of good time-management is more effective and enjoyable ministry.
