Kosovo, 1999. Genocide looms on the horizon. The Defense Intelligence Agency network has been blown. The dying has already started. Survivors hope for a rescue. Unknown to Windwalker, he has been targeted for termination by a secret group called the Eroders. It is the Eroders who have been manipulating Milosevic and the situation in Kosovo.
