This is the third volume of the Long Lonely Road Series- a compilation of books Seven through Nine. Having traveled farther East than any of them were comfortable with, John and the girls Sandy and May hightail it back to the familiar high country and the safety of friends. But the far West is just as volatile as the East, and soon they are all back into the fray. Someday they'll be able to retire to their new community in the canyon...but not today.
