This book will be useful to anybody who has attended one of my workshops or desires a good understanding of Parliament's rules governing this industry. I realise that some people in the industry seek to take advantage of the system, the landlords, or the tenants, but that is not what I coach and not what I preach. Rather, I seek to answer the following questions: What are the duties of the landlord from whom we take properties? What is the role of the agents from whom we take properties?
