Set in sultry, exotic Vietnam at the height of the war in the early 1970's, RED PHOENIX RISING chronicles the steamy romance between foreign correspondent Alaina Abbott and ace American aviator Colonel Robert E. Lee Blackhart. Although Alaina's fierce determination to ferret out the truth puts her at odds with this man who loathes liberal journalists, the two find themselves inexplicably attracted to each other.
