David Kaye recalls the popular phenomenon of swinging in 1970s America and how he and his wife decided to become a part of it. From their nervous beginnings to being regular advertisers in swingers' magazines, he describes the ups and downs of their experiences, and his feelings about them, with honesty and a sense of humor. Their encounters ranged from exciting to embarrassing and included experiments with bisexuality and even a bit of belly dancing. These recollections provide a fascinating glimpse into that weird and wonderful decade in which sex with strangers was almost as popular as flares and disco.
