Responding To The Devil's Prod As Believers: The Power To Discern, Discover and Destroy The Enemy's Attacks

Once you decided to follow Jesus your decision brought you joy and blessing but it also aroused Satan’s anger. Satan the enemy of God considers you a target and he will do everything to slow down your walk with Christ and will try even ultimately to stop you. As a young believer Satan’s attempt to launch an attack on your walk with God may not even cross your mind at the beginning of your Christian Journeying; but after the initial joy of finding Christ, after you have enjoyed your honey moon in your relationship with the Lord, and then comes the same enemy of Christ. Satan does not attack anyone without a purpose; he fights against believers who mean business with God. He attacks those who are sold out to snatch souls from his hands; he fight against those who are equipped by God to do damage to his kingdom and the infrastructure of his kingdom. It is only those who are truly serious in their relationship about walking with God that can endure; even the elect of God must fight to stand. Those who are involved with Christianity as a mere religion often do not understand much of these satanic onslaughts; Satan does not care about those who enjoy form of religion , religious traditions nor is he concern about religious ceremonies; rather Satan’s battle is against mainly those who have authentic relationship with Christ; these are the ones he consider dangerous. There are millions of people in the Church who do not believe in the existence of a real devil; some call the devil a negative energy or influence. There are also many learned theologians and bible scholars that only intellectualize and rationalize the existence of the person of Satan and his demons too; but these are the kind of people who are already being controlled by Satan. However, even among bible scholar and theologians, who have had a true encounter with Christ, that believe Satan as a real enemy and spiritual evil entity. Satan’s war is against Israel, the church and the true believers; he is not against legislation of gay right, nor is he against gun control and drug trafficking as all these are now prevalent in the world that we live today. Furthermore, Satan is neither against prostitution nor multi-billion dollars pornographic industry; the devil does not consider murderers, pimps, and all kinds of criminals as dangerous people; rather it is the Church and the believers that he considers the real enemy. The devil hates believers who preach and teaches the truth from the bible; rather those who stand for the truth are the devil’s target for slandering and attack. The devil hates those who uphold justice in the light of the truth. He hates those who are serious about worshipping the true and living God; he wills everything to stop those who have given themselves to prayers, intercession and evangelism. The devil is fighting true traditional marriage; the marriage between a man and woman is often considered the bible accepted marriage. Moreover, the devil is at peace with people who are considered as an inclusive Sometimes people see inclusiveness as compromise of our Christian standard but true believers can’t compromise God’s word. The devil’s plan is to keep the false Church, destroy the true living church, promote the false prophets and his army of antichrists agents. This should be the hour of decision and for believer who may want to become a true change agent in the next move of God. Those who want to bring make a difference can no longer stand in twilight zone; there are no twilight zone in Christ. People who want to follow God in these end time must deicide to be in the light and in the light of Christ only. The lukewarm may not make it; they will not be able engage challenges of spiritual warfare and unless they take the gospel serious.
