Less is More Than Enough

While seeking simplicity, Chris McNaught’s life was complicated with the challenges of multiple health issues. Although he was eliminating clutter and unnecessary objects from his life, he was adding doctors, surgeries, medications and seemingly endless health problems. Rather than be defeated, Chris is learning to find significance in each moment, even the most difficult ones. He is using the challenges of life to focus his attention and energy on the things he considers most important: relationships. Despite losing so much, he is living a life of contentment.
