A Veteran's Transition Roadmap: A Practical Guidebook and Journal For Transition Preparation & Navigation

This book is the result of several researched and pilot-tested workshops designed specifically for the military community. The following pages contain a roadmap consisting of checklists, assessments, and suggested actions that can assist a servicemember in developing and capturing essential elements of his/her transition plan. Also provided are areas where the servicemember can capture and notate essential information which will be needed throughout the transition process. A series of blank note pages have also been included to facilitate your capturing personal notations. Chapters 7 & 8 are extracts the 2013 Edition of the VA publication entitled “Federal Benefits for Veterans, Dependents and Survivors”.
