GUILTY until proven INNOCENT: A novel about Lee Harvey and Marguerite Oswald

Is "Innocent until proven guilty" to be applied to every American citizen ? If so, what about Lee Harvey Oswald ? Did he actually shoot President John F. Kennedy ? The person who knew him best, his mother, Marguerite Oswald, had some thoughts about that. The author of GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT met Marguerite after the deaths of the president and Lee, and had contact with her over a number of years. Numerous true facts and events surrounding her and her son, Lee, are woven into this short work of historical fiction , along with another conspiracy theory. Is it not necessary for authors, writers ,reporters and historians to place the word, "accused" or "alleged" before the phrase : "assassin Lee Harvey Oswald " in order to be true to history and to "innocent until proven guilty " ? If not, we have only "guilty until proven innocent."
