Oregon Criminal Procedural Law 2013

For the last 26 years, practitioner Laura Graser has written, and continually updated, a manual on Oregon criminal procedural law and Oregon traffic law. The focus is on Oregon law, but controlling federal law is described. Over the years, the manual has been used for in-service training of police officers, and as a practical reference for defense lawyers and prosecutors.
