Rondel's Quest

Imagine an individual out of many of our mythologies who suddenly appears in the mountains of contemporary Colorado, not knowing quite where he is, how he got there, whether he can ever return home and whether there are any of his kind in this new place. How will he survive in this new world? He will have to interface with humans-can he do so successfully? Can he even pass as a human? What, if any, unique traits or powers might he have and how might they affect his own ability to adapt and how might they change the lives of those he encounters?
