The poems in this collection were not written for an audience but as part of an on-going early morning poetry practice in which an almost childlike voice addresses the ineffable mysteries. These poems love the world, laugh at themselves, and honor the fluidity of truth. Chet Kalm created beautiful, whimsical drawings that capture the essence of individual poems. His drawings and the poems seem to dance together.
