Baroness Gwendolyn Athena Rose has lived many places in her lifetime. Currently she is settled in a large city, surrounded by the current fashion, steampunk. Gears sprawled across the sides of the buildings, covered by thick glass. This not only saved the gears from the weather but made sure that the thick, black oil stayed within the gears. Many tourists come to this town to see the extravagant buildings. The buildings thrived off the gears, helping with electricity and heat. There were many different jobs within this particular city. People who were in charge of keeping the gears working, mayors, senators and even people who made coffee. Gwendolyn was an herbalist. She used different herbs to help people with certain ailments. Through her job she met many different people but none such as the Prince. Not only would he change her world, he would change how she thought of things.
