Brenda was a college student working hard to get her masters degree in science when she places an ad for a roommate in the school paper. That's when she meets Janie. An intelligent, fun loving girl who soon becomes Brenda's best friend and roommate. Janie is determined to introduce Brenda to the handsome, blue eyed Allen Roberts so on the night she and her boyfriend plan to announce their engagement they invite Allen and Brenda to their favorite hang-out for drinks.
