Cystic fibrosis is an inherited disease that causes not only suffocation but it causes by destroying the villus and microvillus in the intestines, an inability to absorb nutrients often causing little children to become infected by numerous pathogens because their undernourished immune system is too weak to fight off these pathogenic microbes. There are many treatments for CF in addition to drugs treatments and it is possible to minimize the symptoms of CF.
