In the 23rd century, the conflict between the United States and the Commonwealth of High Colonies threatens to explode, once again, into brutal interstellar war, when the United States Interstellar Fleet destroys an unarmed Commonwealth research and terraforming vessel out of spite. All involved must come to terms with the demons of their respective past, as they face what they've become.
