NBS Building Science Series 165: Engineering Aspects of September 19, 1985 Mexico Earthquake

Following the September 19, 1985 Mexico earthquake, a team consisting of four engineers and one seismologist from the National Bureau of Standards and the United States Geological Survey was dispatched to Mexico City to provide technical advice to the US rescue effort and to assess structural damage.
