"What I Said?" is a look at the inner thoughts of people who didn't say what they were thinking. So, just what did they say? What I Said? is a series of thirty monologues that range from serious to comic and a few shades in between. The short monologues fit a variety of needs and characters and are great for short audition pieces. In addition, the monologues also serve as a one-act play, if done in their entirety. The play takes place on public transport and needs a minimum of stage preparation, making it great for the needs of a small group or a community theater production.
