Goa outgrowing Postcolonialism: Historical Explorations

The book analyses the past half century of the social, economic, and political evolution of Goa since its Liberation from the Portuguese colonial rule in 1961. Author's life-experiences and work-experience as historian, teacher and researcher in colonial Goa and postcolonial Goa and elsewhere in India, as well as during last two decades in Portugal, qualify him exceptionally to undertake this analysis.
