This book is an attempt to bridge the gap between scientific research in the field of motor control and the practical, day-to-day work of coaching athletes, beginners as well as advanced. The main focus of the authors is to provide coaches with a basic understanding of how motor skills are constructed, thus looking to reach beyond that which is visible to the naked eye.
