Random Lives (Revan Lygar case files) (Volume 1)

A serial killer walks the many streets of Michigan killing randomly with extreme violence. The case lands in the hands of the Michigan Serial Killer Investigation Unit led by Lieutenant Revan Lygar. As the crime scenes are processed, mountains of evidence are collected, but with no ID on the suspect, police are left scrambling for suspects. As the unit continues their investigation, the FBI threatens to take over the case and shut down the unit. Lieutenant Lygar pushes the case as hard as he can to catch the killer before the body count climbs higher and the feds step in.
