Hope For All Seasons

Kate took a leap of faith, moving back to her small Vermont hometown after her divorce. With no job, but a passion for baking, she opens a kitchen store and bakery in town, buys a small farmhouse, and settles into a comfortable, but ordinary life. Her daughter, Sarah, wants her to find her Mr. Right. Gail and Sue, her best friends, just want her to be happy. Kate wants to fall in love again, but the available prospects seem less than ideal. Then, a stranger comes to town. Tall, dark and definitely handsome, he becomes the object of her curiosity. She discovers that he’s a writer; one with a past that he doesn’t seem willing to reveal. Although Kate finds herself attracted to him, she’s afraid of what she imagines he could be hiding…either from her or from himself. While one man is willing to hand over his heart to her, she finds her own heart pulled towards another. But how can she make the right decision if she doesn’t know the truth? Hope it seems, can yield both blessing and curse, but what will it return for Kate?
