Notes from Under the Covers: Waking with Arthritis

Notes from Under the Covers is a daily journal with poetic entries, composed during a period of my life when I was severely inconvenienced by arthritis. The book is designed with blank pages throughout so the reader can begin his/her own journal or memory book as an aid in the process of healing or living with chronic pain.
