Winglock Ng Family Legacy

Dr. Winglock “John” Ng is a well-known martial artist who taught an unorthodox yet practical chinese family system that is known as the “Ng Family Style.” His method and its practitioners are known around the world for producing distinguished martial artists who have made the spotlight in regional, national, and international events. His style is simple, containing direct methods that have influenced many people around the world and made appearances in many martial arts publications. The Winglock Ng Family Legacy is composed of material from Dr. Winglock Ng, his students, family, and friends. The history and essence of the style are presented here, along with hundreds of photos, numerous articles written by Dr. Winglock Ng and his students, short stories, inspiration quotes, and a directory of the practitioners that participated. Some of the notable acquaintances of Dr. Winglock Ng are also featured in this book with special recognition to Grandmasters John Tsai, Dr. Yang Jwing-Ming, Pui Chan, Eric Lee, Mok Poi On, Lee Koon Hung, and many more. The development of this book was a collaboration between Dr. Winglock Ng and some of the practitioners of his family style, and is an effort to present something unique to the martial arts community. Some articles presented in the publication have been previously featured in martial arts magazines, while others are debuting first time releases.
