It applies to Active Army, the Army National Guard/Army National Guard of the United States, and the U.S. Army Reserve. It also applies to Department of Defense, sustainment facilities, depots, and other Government agencies that operate and maintain Army aircraft, unmanned aviation systems, and associated equipment and parts operated, maintained, and stored by Department of Defense contract support maintenance activities. During mobilization, chapters and policies contained in this regulation may be modified by the proponent.
