Lisa Lion-Heart

Lisa Lion-Heart is the story of a little lioness who chooses to befriend all animals regardless of their differences in size, attitude, or appearance! An entertaining tale for both young and old alike, and anyone who still considers themselves to be "a child at heart". Set in the small rural town of Edgard, Louisiana, Lisa and her family are moved from the Brooklyn Zoo, to a 25 acre farm that serves as rescue haven for a variety of local and exotic animals--each bringing their own form of entertainment to the Animal Oasis. Lisa meets and helps new creatures in her own special way, while also practicing her lion skills with the rest of her family: the art of pouncing, ROARING, and grabbing a well-deserved nap in the cool shade!
