Una Vida

"Una Vida" is the author's first hand account of her experience backpacking through South America. The journal begins the day Tracie leaves Massachusetts for South America. Tracie is a 28 year old female setting off on a journey of self discovery. Her journal describes the ups and downs of traveling with a significant other in a foreign land, confronting fears and personal growth. During her journey, the author poses many open ended questions and undergoes a myriad of different emotions. Through each entry, you experience with her a voyage of progress as well as defeat. In sharing her journal, Tracie hopes to inspire others to take risks and make changes in their lives.
