Model Dissertation: A Comparison of Student Perceptions of Complexity for Traditional and Object-Oriented Programs

This book presents a model of an actual dissertation. It includes both quantitative and qualitative analysis (mixed mode), calculations of sample sizes, processing of normal and non-normal data, discusses the use and validation of surveys, and incorporates interviews with experts on the research material. It has multiple hypotheses, consent forms for research, several tables and figures throughout the dissertation, and references from several different types of sources. An earlier academic book was “Life as a Professor”, which discussed the state of education systems and suggested improvements which are needed. A later book, “E-Commerce Concepts”, discussed practical and conceptual concepts regarding issues to consider in implementing e-commerce. Another book, “MBA Strategic Analysis”, discussed methods to use to assess business strengths so that opportunities for growth could be most effectively implemented.
