Set in 1979, this Texas-flavored tale begins when destiny intervenes in the lives of two young lovers, sending them in directions they hadn’t planned. In short, it’s the story of Jayden and Lula. Neither have fame or wealth when they start out, but they do have two things in common . . . both struggle with a sense of self-worth . . . and, both have more fun than most people.
