A Life in Music and Magic

At the age of seventeen, John Coulter was swept into the world of mystery and wonder when he appeared as a guest performer on Harry Blackstone’s “World Famous Illusion Show” in Toronto, Canada. Since then, as an amateur, a professional, and student of Magic history, his involvement with the community of Magicians brings insights that anyone who wants to be a Magician would find instructive. Concurrently, his deep interest in Music resulted in his founding an avocational Choral group that attracted international recognition. Acclaimed Conductors, John Nelson, Roger Nierenberg, and other distinguished artists all became a part of this remarkable enterprise. Following his life on the east coast, Coulter took residence in California with his entire family.
