Oracle E-Business Suite 12 Human Capital Management Certified Implementation Specialist

The Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12 Human Capital Management (HCM) Specialization is for individuals focused on selling and implementing EBS Human Capital Management modules.
The exam targets the intermediate-level implementation team members. Up-to-date training and field experience are recommended.
Candidates must also demonstrate understanding of how to use Core HR, Irecruitment, Self-Service HR (SSHR), Talent Management, Learning Management and Payroll.
Clearing the Certification will not automatically lead you to a job. However a Certification with some project experience will certainly open a lot of doors for you. The consultants who will benefit the most from a certification are the ones with typically less than 2 year's project experience. This is not to say that consultants with higher experience will not benefit, but at that level, having a certification matters much less.
