Quinn Harvey returns to her family camp in the Adirondack mountains of New York to create a home for herself in an old boathouse right on the water. Her grown sons are settling into their own lives, so it's time to make this time of her life her own, even if it's alone. For years, she's wanted to try her hand at watercolor painting, an art she has missed for decades, and found a million excuses not to do. When she finally puts paint to paper, the joy of it makes her wonder - how many other areas of her life has she trapped in a prison of fear? As she comes to terms with solitude and the practice of letting go, cosmic forces conspire to bring new realizations and unexpected gifts that penetrate her heart and transform her soul.
